The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, which is why we have made exchanging and returning your order as easy as possible.

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. Once we have received the return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your account within 5 working days.

Please follow the following 3 steps
Step 1: Request the return form using the contact form on our website. Please include your order number, the delivery address of your order and the postal address used to pay for the order.
Please fill out the return form upon receipt.

Step 2: Send your order: The product(s) can be sent to the address indicated on the return form together with the completed return form and the invoice. Make sure that you add a track and trace code to the package. This makes the return process easy and traceable for you and us. The sender is responsible for sending the return correctly; a track and trace code avoids misunderstandings.

Step 3: Refund of the purchase amount to your bank account: As soon as we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 5 working days.

Exchanges: If you would like to receive a new or different item, we will ensure that it is ordered from our supplier within 5 working days. From here on, the process is the same as for any order in our webshop.
